How do I view my monthly charges?
Monthly charges can be viewed using the drop-down menu on the Billing Summary page. Charges to your account, such as Call Fees, are listed in the Debits column. Deposits to your account are reflected in the Credits column.

What details are provided about individual calls?
The Call Details page provides the caller's phone number (whenever possible), as well as the date, time, duration and cost of the call. Some information about the caller may not be available due to privacy policies and other restrictions. You can also see which ad was called, its service area and any associated categories. These details are accessible by clicking on the Call Details link next to a specific call charge.

INVOICE PAYMENT
Once you have obtained approval from Ingenio for paying by invoice, you do not need to select or participate in a Payment Plan and will automatically be billed on a monthly basis.

How do I view my total monthly charges?
