Payment Information

The Payment Information page allows you to budget how much you spend on Pay Per Call advertising. For advertisers that pay via credit card, it also shows account balance and the credit card information on file. For more information, please click the appropriate link below.

Can I switch payment plans?
Yes. You can always change your payment plan by clicking the Edit Payment Plan link in the Payment Information section on the My Account page.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Your credit card information is stored on the Ingenio site, which is secured by a VeriSign SSL certificate. Your credit card will only be used for your Ingenio Pay Per Call charges.

How do I change my credit card information?
To add a new credit or debit card, click the Add Card button in the Payment Information section of the Account Information section. Then, enter the new card's cardholder name, specify the card type, and enter the card number, expiration date, card verification number and billing address.

To edit credit card information, remove a credit card, or specify a default credit card, click on the Edit Credit Card Information link in the Payment Information section of the Account Information section. Then, designate the card you wish to edit and select the desired action.

How do I deposit money into my account?
To deposit money into your account, click on the Deposit Money In Your Account link in the Payment Information section of the My Account Section. Then, specify the desired deposit amount in the field provided, choose the credit card for payment, and click Submit.


INVOICE PAYMENT
Advertisers who wish to pay by invoice must get approval from Ingenio first. See Payment Plan for more information about qualifying for invoice payments.

Can I restrict how much I spend on Pay Per Call advertising?
Yes. You can select a monthly budget, which puts a limit on your monthly advertising spending. The minimum monthly budget is $5,000 per month for invoice customers. If your Pay Per Call fees reach your monthly budget, your Pay Per Call ad(s) will be paused until the following calendar month.

How do I modify my monthly budget?
Modify the maximum amount of you'll spend on your Pay Per Call ad(s) using the Monthly Budget drop down menu. If you select a monthly budget that is higher than your credit limit, your ad(s) will still be paused if your credit limit is hit. Your ad(s) will then be restarted the following month.

Is there a credit limit on my invoice spending?
Yes. Ingenio will assign a monthly credit limit that may be raised over time.

When will I receive my Pay Per Call invoice?
Ingenio will send you an invoice at the beginning of each calendar month, billing for your previous month's Pay Per Call activity.
