To run any of the following Reports, select the link for the report on the Report Center. Next, select the report criteria and click Create Report.

Summary reports are updated nightly and detailed reports are up-to-date at the time the report is run. Detailed reports include data for the last 60 days. All reports are in Pacific Standard Time.

Reports	Description
Call Activity – Summary	Summary of call data including call result, avg. call length, avg. call charge and total charges. Ability to filter by date range, listing. Summarized by the time period you select.
Call Activity – Details	Details of individual calls including date/time, duration, call result and customer information such as how they called you and from where. Includes data from the last 60 days. You can click on individual call dates and times to see details about the call.
Listings Summary	Summary of call data per listing, including impressions, call result, avg. call charge, total charges. Ability to filter by date range.
Caller Activity – Details	Details of individual calls including date/time, duration, call result. Includes data from the last 60 days.
Billing Summary	Summary of charges and deposits to your account by month. "Unknown" means the contact information is currently not available, and "Blocked" indicates that the caller blocked their caller identification.
